We’re working with a growing and forward-thinking business in Stratford-upon-Avon that is looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team.
This is far more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll be working closely with some of the world’s best-known blue-chip organisations, building strong professional relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for their customers and clients.

What you’ll be doing
*Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently across multiple channels
*Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and customers
*Acting as a key point of contact for a portfolio of prestigious blue-chip organisations
*Resolving queries and issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
*Processing and maintaining accurate customer information and records
*Using Excel and other IT systems to analyse information, maintain data and support day-to-day operations
*Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service levels
*Taking ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to resolution
You’ll ideally bring
*Previous experience in a customer service, client services or account support environment
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
*Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Excel
*A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your career
