Permanent | Full-Time | 140 hours per month | 14 hour shifts | Rutland, East Midlands
Join a small, supportive team providing 2:1 care for a 41-year-old man living independently with a C4/C5 spinal cord injury. This is a role with purpose, variety, and real impact—no two days are the same.
You’ll support him at home and in the community, including:
*Attending charity events in London
*Supporting his work with a national spinal injury charity
*Helping him maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle
What You’ll Do
*Personal care & daily living support
*Mobility, travel, and community activities
*Working as part of a consistent 2:1 team
*Supporting work commitments and social routines
What Matters Most
You don’t need previous care experience—we provide full, hands-on training.
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Kind, calm, and emotionally intelligent
*Trustworthy and dependable
*Able to work 14-hour shifts
*A confident driver with their own car (rural location)
