We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for a Commercial Insurance Handler to deal with commercial classes of business.
The Role:
*The successful Insurance Handler will be responsible for dealing with renewals, mid-term alterations and new business quotations.
*You will support the external Account Executive.
*You will deal with client queries on the phone, by email and face to face.
*You will provide a comprehensive customer service to meet the insurance needs of a range of clients.
*You will join a long standing team who will provide training and guidance where necessary
The Required Skills:
*Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within commercial broking, but commercial underwriting may be considered.
*Candidates from an Insurance Company or Insurance Broker background will be considered.
*Strong IT, communication and time management skills
*Ability to work within a team and individually
*Acturis would be an advantage, but not essential.

*Northampton office 9 - 5 Monday to Friday with no shift patterns
*Pension 10% Employee contribution
*25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
*Full induction and Training programme
