£500-£550 pd via Umbrella
Initially for 6 months / Mostly remote, 1-2 days per month required onsite
Leading business is looking to recruit an experienced Data Analyst- Supply Chain to help drive smarter, data-led decision-making across the Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial functions.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, analyse complex operational data and deliver actionable insights that improve performance, availability and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems using data and influencing decisions through meaningful analysis.
Responsibilities:
*Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
*Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities across supply chain operations.
*Deliver deep-dive analysis into key performance areas, including service levels, inventory, supplier performance, logistics and product availability.
*Produce insightful commentary and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Experience/skills:
*Previous experience in a Data Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst role.
*Experience working within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or Operations.
*Advanced SQL skills for querying and analysing large datasets.
*Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and identify business improvement opportunities.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
