£60,000 - £70,000 pro rata + Excellent Benefits
Reed is partnering with a leading UK provider of housing and property-related services to recruit two Senior Management Accountants on a 6-month FTC.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across a portfolio of operational contracts. Working closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders, you’ll provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions and help drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
*Build detailed, bottom-up budgets and financial models.
*Partner with operational teams to translate business plans into financial forecasts.
*Provide analysis, challenge assumptions and identify key risks and opportunities.
*Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
*Support cash flow, margin forecasting and financial reporting.
*Drive improvements to budgeting processes, controls and reporting.
About You
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
*Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
*Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills.
*Proven business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders.
*Commercially minded, analytical and highly detail-oriented.
*Experience within housing, facilities management, outsourcing or contract services would be advantageous.
