Job Overview:
*Role: IT Support Engineer (L3).
*Location: Derby
*Contract: 01-Sep-2026 - 31-Dec-2026
*Pay Rates:
*Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
*PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
*Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
*Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
*Managing and following-up administrative tasks. Incident and request management
*On-site Support Engineer UK to deliver high-quality 2nd-level desktop support within a corporate and production IT environment.
*In this customer-facing role, you will support end-user devices and workplace technology, manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, coordinate hardware replacements and repairs, and maintain accurate asset and stock records.
*You will work closely with users, service teams, suppliers and customer stakeholders to provide structured, reliable and professional on-site IT support across UK customer locations.
