Full job descriptionMobile & Static Plant Fitter required for my North East based client. £50,000
This role would see the successful candidate having responsibility for the maintenance, repair and service of a wide range of plant machinery, covering both on-site & "home based" locations. You’d have significant autonomy & ownership of your work, a great deal of variety in your day to day duties and a secure & stable role within the dedicated team.
Typical duties would include
*Planned maintenance & repairs of mobile & static plant equipment
*Diagnose & repair, covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
*travel to sites as required
*maintain accurate service & repair documentation
The successful candidate will have a proven experience of work on construction and / or agricultural machinery - you’ll have the ability to diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical & hydraulic issues, and be self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills. A HGV licence would be beneficial although not compulsory.
