Talent Team Coordinator
Housing Association | Immediate Start | Initially 1 Month (Likely Extension)
Are you an experienced Talent, HR or Project Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Talent Team Coordinator to join a busy and supportive housing association, providing essential administrative, reporting and project support to the Talent team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting talent acquisition and workforce capability initiatives.
Location
*Farringdon London office
*3 days per week in the office
Rate
*£27.68 per hour Umbrella (London)
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain and update workforce data, trackers and registers.
*Support workforce capability and regulatory compliance programmes.
*Validate data, produce reports and work extensively with Excel spreadsheets.
*Raise and track purchase orders and invoices.
*Support project plans, action logs and programme administration.
*Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications.
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent team.
*Support talent acquisition activities and recruitment administration as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, Workforce Planning or Project Support.
*Strong Excel skills and experience managing large datasets.
*Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
*Experience maintaining trackers, reports and workforce data.
*Experience raising and monitoring purchase orders and invoices.
*Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
*The ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
*Previous talent acquisition or recruitment coordination experience is essential.
