Full job description£2,000 joining bonus:
*£1,000 after 3 months of continuous employment
*£1,000 after 6 months and successful completion of probation

*Competitive basic salary - dependent on experience

The Role
*Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
*Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
*Conducting electrical and mechanical repairs
*Road testing vehicles during and after repair
*Reading and interpreting technical information, wiring diagrams, and customer incident reports
*Stripping down, repairing, and replacing major components when required
*Completing accurate repair and service documentation
*Ensuring a high level of first-time fix through thorough testing and quality workmanship
About You
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Experience in vehicle diagnostics and mechanical repairs
*A positive, proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills
*The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
*Experience within a franchised dealership or independent garage is welcome
