Full job descriptionSalary:
*Basic Salary between £36,000 - £38,000
*Plus bonus circa £5,000 per year
*OTE £41,000 - £43,000

What you’ll be doing
*Carry out diagnosis, repair and evaluation of customer vehicles
*Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles
*Ensure quality and a first time fix of all customer vehicles
*Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
*Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
*Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV and Hybrid Vehicles
*Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching
*Maintain a clean & safe workshop environment
Qualifications and experience required
*Minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
*Experience at a Diagnostic or Master Technician level
*Must hold a full UK driving licence
