Job Description:
Full job descriptionA globally recognised business who have an outstanding reputation across the sector, are currently looking to add a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their team.
This role will join the wider HR function & will report to the Payroll Manager.
As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:
*Managing the UK monthly payroll for c500 employees
*Working with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure data is accurate
*Resolving all payroll related queries
*Working with the Payroll Manager with companywide benefits. This includes benefit renewals, benefit related queries, benefit communication. Benchmarking and benefit research.
*Supporting the Payroll Manager with payroll and/or benefit related projects
This is a super varied & busy role. Candidates need to be able to use Excel to a high standard.
