Key Roles & Responsibilities*Design and deliver tailored primary learning programs for pupils with diverse learning and sensory needs.

*Collaborate with the SENDCo and multidisciplinary teams to fulfill EHCP outcomes effectively.

*Guide, deploy, and mentor classroom support staff to ensure safe, inclusive learning environments.

*Use positive behaviour management and low-arousal strategies to maintain an encouraging workspace.

*Build strong, trusted connections with parents and carers through regular feedback and progress reviews.

Requirements for the Role*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification with SEN focus.

*Proven track record teaching primary pupils with complex educational or behavioural needs.

*Excellent knowledge of adaptive teaching strategies, EHCP tracking, and safeguarding standards.

*A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to process one).

*Strong collaborative, organisational, and communication abilities.
