Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new role in a supportive and friendly team?
A client of ours is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous experience in credit control, who is looking for a new challenge. You’ll be involved with managing and actively collecting all debts, liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate cash collection, as well as reconciliations and account monitoring.
Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for...
*Actively collecting all debts, as well as recording and monitoring collections
*Reconciliations and account monitoring
*Raising refund request forms
*Raise final accounts and process card payments
*Provide reports to senior leadership regarding debt position as appropriate
*Various administration tasks as needed by the department
Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need
*Previous experience within credit control is essential
*Excellent organisation and communication skills
*AAT qualifications are desirable
*Strong Excel skills are desirable
