Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays on a rota basis

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
*Build trusting and meaningful relationships with young people.
*Provide high-quality care and emotional support.
*Support education, health, wellbeing and personal development.
*Encourage participation in activities, hobbies and community engagement.
*Act as a Key Worker and contribute to care planning and reviews.
*Work closely with families, social workers and partner agencies.
*Maintain accurate records and reports.
*Promote a safe, nurturing and positive home environment.
*Safeguard children and young people at all times.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within a children’s residential setting.
*Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards it.
*Experience leading shifts and supporting staff teams.
*Strong knowledge of safeguarding and residential childcare regulations.
*Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
*Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
