The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.


Key Responsibilities
*Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
*Review titles, contracts, searches and property documentation.
*Raise and respond to enquiries and negotiate where required.
*Manage transactions through exchange and completion.
*Deal with Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
*Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors.
*Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and maintain excellent client care.
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, AML and risk requirements.


Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent.
*Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
*Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures.
*Excellent organisational, communication and client-management skills.
*High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
*Proactive, commercially minded and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
