Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity in a supportive school environment?
We are working with a supportive 2-form entry primary school in Harrow that is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to take on a Year 4 class from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher looking to join a welcoming and collaborative school where you can make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.
The Role:
*Teach and lead a Year 4 class
*Plan and deliver engaging, creative and effective lessons
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where appropriate
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school team
*Support the academic, social and emotional development of pupils
*Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
*Support pupils with a range of learning needs
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*Be a qualified and experienced Primary Teacher
*Have previous experience teaching in a primary school
*Have strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
*Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
*Have excellent communication and organisational skills
*Be a positive and collaborative team player
*Have previous experience supporting or teaching children with additional needs - advantageous
*Unfortunately, this role is not available to ECTs
