An established and values-led organisation is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders, providing insightful financial support that drives effective decision-making and organisational performance.
The Role
*Produce monthly management accounts and reports
*Support budgeting, forecasting and planning
*Partner with budget holders across the business
*Provide financial analysis and insights
*Assist with year-end accounts and audit
*Support grant funding and compliance activities
The Person
*Qualified or studying ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
*Experience in management accounting or business partnering
*Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
*Excellent stakeholder communication skills
*Able to manage competing priorities effectively
*Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
