Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Chichester.
Reporting to the Head of Planning & Procurement, you will play a part in managing a set of suppliers, maintain an accurate order book, and ensure materials arrive on time to support smooth production.

Job Overview
*Manage relationships with allocated suppliers and maintain accurate order information
*Chase suppliers for order acknowledgements and confirm delivery dates
*Keep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updated with accurate delivery information
*Proactively monitor the order book and identify potential supply risks
*Resolve supplier and internal issues, escalating where required
*Communicate order delays clearly to relevant internal teams
*Handle quotation requests for new orders within allocated supplier categories
*Relay quality control concerns to suppliers where required
Requirements
*Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system would be desirable
*Previous exposure to purchasing, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
*Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with suppliers and colleagues
*Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
*Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues
*Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Salary & Benefits
*£27,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (upon permanent employment).
