As Payroll Manager, you’ll be leading a team of experienced payroller, developing talent and building a first class team at the forefront of our client experience,


A bit about you:
*An experienced Clients Payroll Manager, with team management experience.
*Experienced in supporting the payroll team to deliver a first class payroll service
*Bureau experienced: You thrive in the fast-paced bureau environment where variety, client service, and attention to detail are everything.
*Ability to build relationships to ensure the longterm security of the payroll bureau.


What you’ll be doing:
*Managing a team of Payroll professional and guiding them through their payroll career
*Driving profitability and liaising with an established and experienced sales team to generate business
*Building strong relationships with new clients from day one, becoming their trusted payroll partner.
*As Manager driving a culture of positive change and delivering a first class payroll journey
*Ensuring all run results balance perfectly with new customers’ previous payroll providers.
*Guiding clients on both service and system features, and developing key relationships
*Communicating clearly and concisely, always demonstrating excellent customer service.
