The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse residential portfolio and build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing residential properties, tenancies and compliance
*Conducting inspections and overseeing repairs and contractors
*Managing rent reviews, budgets, arrears and financial reporting
*Advising clients on property strategy, legislation and market opportunities
*Supporting business development and portfolio growth
*Mentoring and supporting junior team members
About YouYou’ll have strong residential property management experience, excellent client and communication skills, and a commercial approach to estate management.
A professional qualification such as ARLA, AssocRICS or MRICS is desirable.
