Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days home
Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pmThe RoleA newly created opportunity for an experienced Team Leader / EA to manage a team of around eight EAs while also providing high-level support to senior stakeholders.
This is a dual role combining people management, resource planning and hands-on EA responsibilities, with a strong focus on improving processes and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities*Line manage and develop a team of approximately eight EAs, including appraisals, performance reviews and training.
*Manage workloads, allocations, rotas, holidays and absence.
*Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
*Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and wider business services.
*Identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working.
*Champion technology and support the adoption of new systems.
*Provide EA support to partners and senior stakeholders.
About You*Previous Team Leader / people management experience is essential.
*Strong influencing, communication and organisational skills.
*Confident managing performance and developing team members.
*Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Legal/professional services experience advantageous, but Real Estate experience is not required.
