This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who is looking to join a professional, client-focused business where they can concentrate on providing quality financial advice and developing long-term client relationships, rather than having to build everything from scratch.

The Role
As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will:

*Provide advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection and wider financial planning
*Take responsibility for the ongoing management and development of your client bank
*Work closely with the firm’s experienced Paraplanning and Administration teams
*Maintain high standards of compliance and client service
*Build strong relationships based on trust and a genuine understanding of clients’ objectives
*Contribute to the continued growth and development of the wider business

We’re looking for an experienced adviser who is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-focused financial planning.

To be considered, the ideal candidate will have:
*Experience working as an Independent Financial Adviser / Financial Planner
*Full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum
*Chartered status, or a genuine desire to work towards Chartered status, would be highly advantageous
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning
*A proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A professional, personable and client-centric approach
*Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements

What’s on Offer?
*Basic salary £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience
*Existing client bank provided
*Full Paraplanning and IFA Administration support
*25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
*Pension scheme
*Health Plan
*Free on-site parking
*Career development and study support
*Opportunity to work towards further professional qualifications
*Supportive and professional working environment

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser who wants to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation for quality advice and client service, with the support and infrastructure in place to allow you to focus on what you do best — advising clients.
