What will the Capital Accountant role involve?
*Lead capital accounting, fixed asset management and IFRS 16 reporting, ensuring accuracy across a significant Property, Plant & Equipment portfolio
*Maintain robust financial controls, governance and accounting processes, delivering high-quality financial reporting and compliance
*Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to coordinate information, support forecasting and provide meaningful financial insight
*Present actual and forecast performance to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
Suitable Candidate for the Capital Accountant vacancy:
*A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
*Proven experience in financial accounting
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
*Adept at working independently and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
*Enthusiastic about working within a mission-driven organisation that values continuous improvement and professional development
