Full job descriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented and motivated Landscape Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong design and technical skills, with a proven ability to develop landscape projects from concept through to detailed design and delivery.
You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to create high-quality, thoughtful, and deliverable landscape designs.
Key Responsibilities*Develop landscape designs from concept through to detailed design and construction documentation.
*Produce high-quality 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.
*Prepare presentation materials, diagrams, and design packages for clients and stakeholders.
*Coordinate landscape proposals with architectural, engineering, and other consultant information.
*Contribute to project development, technical detailing, specifications, and documentation.
*Assist with site analysis, feasibility studies, and design development.
*Attend design meetings, site visits, and project reviews as required.
*Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design and accuracy.
Essential Skills & Experience*Professional experience in landscape architecture or landscape design.
*Strong design, graphic, and technical capabilities.
*Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD - essential.
*Strong proficiency in Rhino - essential.
*Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) - essential.
*Good understanding of landscape construction, materials, and detailing.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
*Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality landscape design.
Desirable*Revit experience is highly desirable/ideal.
*Experience working within multidisciplinary architectural or design practices.
*Knowledge of 3D visualisation and rendering workflows.
*Experience taking projects through planning, technical design, and construction stages.
*Relevant professional qualification in Landscape Architecture.
