Full job descriptionPyramid8 are supporting a busy organisation looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Sales Administrator to join an established company within the building industry, based in WF2, Wakefield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and communication skills. Experience using Sage is desirable but not essential — a willingness to learn is more important.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide administrative support to the sales team
*Process sales orders, quotations and invoices
*Maintain accurate customer and sales records
*Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
*Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments
*Prepare quotations and assist with customer follow-ups
*Assist with order processing and delivery coordination
*Keep records and databases up to date
*Produce reports and complete general administrative duties
*Support the wider team as required
About You
*Previous administration or sales administration experience is desirable
*Sage experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
*Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
*Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Reliable, professional and positive approach
