Job Description:
Full job descriptionIT Support Engineer required to support internal users across 2nd & 3 line. The company are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to support their head office and client sites with a range of IT issues.
Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a small IT team, this role is well suited to someone who likes to embed themselves into the business and work across a broad range of tasks.
Please note, this role is fully office based in Fareham. On-site parking is available.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, telephony and business systems, managing incidents through to resolution and keeping users updated throughout.
*Manage IT operations and security, including hardware provisioning, access control, IT policies, service communications and escalation to internal or external specialists where required.
*Support IT projects and improvements, including system implementations, integrations, technical developments and training users across the business.
Skill Requirements:
*Windows Server
*Active Directory
*Windows 11
*Office 365 / Azure
*VoIP / Network
