Description
*Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
*Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
*Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
*Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to optimise financial performance.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.
*Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
*Identify and implement process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency.
Profile
The Senior Financial Controller should have:
*A strong background in accounting and finance.
*Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and systems.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*A thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
