Full job description4-6 Month Contract | Hybrid | 4 Days per Week in Office
Seeking an experienced Interim Learning & Development Specialist to support the delivery of learning, capability and development initiatives during a period of business change and growth.
Key responsibilities:
*Deliver and coordinate learning and development programmes across the organisation.
*Facilitate workshops and development interventions.
*Manage professional qualifications and accredited learning programmes.
*Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and support organisational change.
*Manage external learning providers, coaching programmes and learning budgets.
*Provide insight and reporting on learning effectiveness and engagement.
Requirements:
*Proven Learning & Development experience within financial services.
*Experience working in a regulated environment is essential.
*Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.
*Experience managing professional qualifications and development programmes.
*Ability to work autonomously and make an immediate impact.
Contract: 4-6 months
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start: Immediate or short notice preferred.
