Reed Business Support is recruiting for a growing Maidstone-based business seeking a confident and proactive Office Manager to support two Directors and oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a standalone role offering real variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with the business. You’ll become the go-to person for office operations, administration, compliance support, payroll administration, health & safety coordination, and vehicle management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing office administration, calls, emails, records, invoices, and documentation.
*Providing PA support, diary management, and travel arrangements for Directors.
*Supporting payroll, compliance, insurance renewals, and health & safety processes
*Coordinating company vehicles, MOTs, servicing, insurance, and fuel cards.
*Liaising with suppliers and maintaining accurate business records.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous office administration or office management experience.
*Confident, organised, and able to work independently.
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
*A proactive approach and willingness to learn new areas.
*Able to manage multiple responsibilities and take ownership.
