Sales Representative
£35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Realistic £60,000+ OTE Year 1 | £100,000+ OTE for Top Performers
Are you a salesperson who backs themselves to earn serious money?
Reed Recruitment are working in partnership with an established and growing business with ambitious expansion plans. Currently generating over £21 million turnover, the business has a clear objective of growing to £28 million, with significant investment already in place. The key focus now is strengthening the sales team with high-calibre sales professionals.
We are looking to recruit 3 Sales Representatives to join a successful and highly motivated sales team.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical sales role.
You will be responsible for managing customers through the entire sales journey, building relationships, identifying opportunities and converting enquiries into sales.
The business offers a premium product, a strong reputation in the market and genuine earning potential for ambitious individuals prepared to put the effort in.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion
*Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
*Identifying and developing new business opportunities
*Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
*Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
*Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
*Following opportunities through to successful completion

*Previous sales experience
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confidence speaking with customers and closing business
*A proactive and self-motivated approach
*Resilience and determination
*A genuine desire to maximise earning potential
*Professional, reliable and ambitious attitude
Individuals from backgrounds such as automotive sales, construction products, business development, merchant sales, home improvements, estate agency, kitchens, bathrooms, solar, telecommunications or field sales are encouraged to apply.

This role involves some weekend working, as weekends are often the busiest period for customer appointments and sales activity.
