Senior Client Service Manager
Location: Ferndown / Wimborne
Salary - DOE (Circa £50 - £65k)
Job Type: Full-time / HYBRID Working after probationary
Role:
*Oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional accountancy, audit, and tax services
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
*Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services.
*Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives aligned with business strategy.
*Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team.
*Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
*Organise workflow to maximise team productivity and client satisfaction.
*Support training and development initiatives for team members.
*Promote services to existing and potential clients through networking and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent).
*Proven leadership and team management experience.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*High level of integrity and client confidentiality.
*Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
*Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
*Minimum 3 A-levels (grades A–C) or equivalent.
*Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths level 7+ and English level 6+).
