Job Type: Full-time, office-based
The Role
We’re looking for a confident Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team in Olney.
This is a high-volume inbound customer service role, so previous experience handling a large number of calls is essential. You’ll need to be confident on the phone, quick-thinking and able to quickly understand what customers need and provide the right support or direct them to the correct department.
You’ll Be: *Handling high volumes of inbound customer calls
*Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently
*Customer-facing, meeting and greeeting vistors
*Quickly identifying and resolving customer needs
*Taking accurate messages and passing information to the right team
*Handling challenging customers calmly and confidently
*Working at pace while maintaining excellent customer service
About You Essential:
*Previous high-volume customer service experience
*Excellent telephone and communication skills
*Confident, professional and clear on the phone
*Able to work under pressure and manage multiple calls
*Quick-thinking, organised and reliable
*Comfortable dealing with challenging customers
Please note: Due to the location, candidates must live locally or have their own transport. There is no suitable public transport available, so access to a car is essential unless you live within a reasonable commuting distance.
