Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Sandwich that are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to gain experience across a variety of school settings or an experienced practitioner seeking greater flexibility, we have opportunities available to suit your availability, preferences and career goals.
The Role
As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you’ll support local primary schools by delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive classroom environments and ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the absence of their usual class teacher.You’ll have the opportunity to work across Year 1 and Year 2 classes, experiencing a variety of school settings while building valuable classroom experience and enjoying the flexibility that supply teaching offers.
We’re Looking for Teachers Who:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
*Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
*Can quickly adapt to different classroom environments
*Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate young learners
*Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
*Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and reliability to every assignment
