Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join the school from September.
The Role*Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil
*Support the pupil’s learning, development and wellbeing
*Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
*Encourage positive engagement and participation in learning
*Help create a supportive, inclusive and positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
*Experience providing 1:1 support is desirable
*Patient, nurturing and confident in supporting individual needs
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A genuine commitment to supporting children’s educational development

*Pay: Up to £105 per day PAYE
