Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Female Support Workers to support a 14-year-old female in the ST19 area of Staffordshire.
The role involves providing high-quality care and support, helping the young person maintain their wellbeing, independence and dignity in a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
*Previous experience supporting young people is desirable, but not essential
*Experience supporting individuals with complex needs is preferable
*Compassionate, patient and reliable approach to care
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work well as part of a team
*Must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle due to the rural location
*Availability to work both day and night shifts
*Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship is offered for this role
Location: ST19, Staffordshire
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts | Day and night shifts
