What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the person who truly makes a difference. Your daily life will involve:
*Providing one-to-one therapeutic support, giving daily guidance tailored to each child’s unique emotional and behavioural needs.
*Supporting the wider care network by offering flexible options, such as short-term emergency interventions or weekend respite breaks.
*Teaming up with skilled therapists and managers to ensure every child gets the high-quality support they deserve.
*Keeping clear, thoughtful notes on the children’s developmental progress and well-being.
*Ensuring a safe environment by following national safeguarding standards to the letter.


Who You AreWe’re looking for someone who brings heart and experience to the table. To be a great fit, you’ll need:
*Ideally have professional experience in education, social care, youth work, or clinical health.
*A spare bedroom in your permanent home that’s ready for a new arrival.
*You must be aged 21 or older with the right to work permanently in the UK.
