Description
*Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
*Review and reconcile billing discrepancies or disputes.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing data is accurate and complete.
*Maintain and update client billing records and information.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
*Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Provide support to the finance team on ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
*Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing queries and payment follow-ups.
Profile
A successful Billing Specialist should have:
*Experience in billing or a related finance role, ideally within professional services.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Proficiency in financial systems and software.
*Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
*An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
