We’re working with a modern, growing accountancy firm in Leyland that’s looking for an Accountant to join its team.
The firm works with 150+ businesses across the UK, with a particular focus on helping growing businesses and franchise owners. It’s a client-focused environment where accountants are encouraged to understand the business behind the numbers and provide proactive advice.


The RoleYou’ll work closely with a varied client base, taking ownership of:
*Year-end accounts
*VAT returns
*Tax returns and tax planning
*Bookkeeping and cloud accounting
*Management accounts
*Client queries and day-to-day advice
*Helping clients improve their financial processes


What they’re looking for*Previous accountancy practice experience
*Strong accounts and tax knowledge
*Comfortable managing client relationships
*Good attention to detail
*Commercial and proactive mindset
*Experience with cloud accounting software
*ACCA/ACA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
