The RoleA leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy Partner and several Associates within a specialist practice.
This is a varied role with a strong focus on complex billing, expenses and high-level administrative support. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and confident working independently.
Key Responsibilities*Managing complex billing, invoices, WIP and bill narratives.
*Processing expenses and supporting financial administration.
*Managing diaries, meetings, calls and travel arrangements.
*Assisting with client/matter openings.
*Liaising with clients and external counsel regarding billing queries.
*Preparing documents, presentations and meeting papers.
*Maintaining accurate filing systems and managing correspondence.
*Providing wider support to fee-earners and the EA team.
About You*Strong EA experience within a professional services environment.
*Proven complex billing experience is essential.
*Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
*Proactive, commercially aware and confident using initiative.
*Able to manage pressure and competing priorities.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills.
*Professional, discreet and confident handling sensitive information.
