Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Gravesend that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to build your Lower KS2 experience or an experienced teacher seeking a fresh challenge, we have a range of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils as they move from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You’ll help children develop greater independence, confidence and resilience while building on the foundations established in their earlier years of learning.You’ll deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, encourage curiosity and a love of learning, and create a classroom environment where every child feels supported to achieve their full potential.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We’re Looking for Teachers Who:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
*Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2
*Can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire learners
*Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement
*Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
*Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a positive approach to teaching
