The RoleYou will be responsible for:
*Leading the production of accurate and timely management accounts.
*Providing meaningful financial analysis and insight to key stakeholders.
*Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes.
*Working with stakeholders across the wider business to drive improvements.
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.
*Ensuring strong financial controls and reporting processes are maintained.
*Taking an active role in wider finance projects and business improvement initiatives.
About YouWe are looking for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience who enjoys more than simply producing the numbers.
You will ideally have:
*Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
*A genuine interest in process improvement and making things work better.
*The confidence to engage with stakeholders outside of finance.
*Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
*The ambition to develop your career within a large and evolving organisation.
