Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician
*Maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of engineering systems and automated equipment.
*Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
*Work closely with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
*Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for technical issues.
*Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
*Assist with project planning, equipment upgrades, and installation activities.
*Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and performance data analysis.
*Support preventative maintenance programmes and reliability initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications required for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline).
*Previous experience within logistics, manufacturing, distribution, automation, or a similar operational environment.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Experience working with automated systems, conveyors, robotics, or warehouse technologies is advantageous.
*Knowledge of maintenance systems and engineering best practices.
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
*Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
