We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our client’s Maintenance Team, carrying out high-quality electrical repairs, installations and maintenance across domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities*Electrical fault finding, repairs and installations, including single and three phase.
*Inspection, testing and EICRs.
*Completing electrical installation and minor works certificates.
*Installing/replacing showers, immersion heaters, electric heating and domestic heating controls.
*Identifying and reporting health & safety defects.
*Maintaining accurate job records and updating work orders via PDA/mobile devices.
*Providing excellent customer service and working professionally with vulnerable customers.
*Participating in emergency/out-of-hours services when required.
About YouYou will be a qualified electrician with:
*Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
*18th Edition / BS 7671.
*AM2 qualification or equivalent.
*2391 / Inspection & Testing desirable.
*Experience in domestic electrical maintenance, fault finding and EICRs.
*Knowledge of Part P and relevant British Standards.
*Good communication, organisation and customer service skills.
*Ability to work independently and safely.
*Full UK driving licence.
