A highly successful, well-established, fund manager in the real estate sector. The company is renowned for quality and highly respected. They are looking to expand their team.

Your new role
Taking full ownership of accounting across the business, taking ownership for monthly reporting as well as performance analysis the commercial and residential asset class.
Duties include:
*Fund accounting for companies leading fund
*NAV calculation
*Reporting to CFO
*Monthly performance reporting including variance analysis and board presentation
*Manage the year-end process including audit liaison
*FCA compliance reports

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified or part qualified finance professional with a background and understanding of fund accounting or real estate. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to take a step up, or an attractive position for someone looking for a supportive business with great long term staff retention.
