Job Description
*Set and operate CNC Turning machines
*Use and control of CNC programs in accordance with relevant procedures
*Read and understand all manufacturing instructions prior to commencing an operation
*Understand all set up parameters and the effect that they have on the process, for example, datum setting and tool length and wear offsets
*Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Ability to set and operate CNC turning machines (at least 2 Axis)
*Experience machining precision components, within a highly regulated industry
*Well-versed machining with decent materials (ideally metals as they primarily use aerospace exotic alloys).
