*Overseeing daily activities and progress on client engagements.
*Mentoring and supervising team members, fostering their professional development.
*Reviewing work and assignments, providing constructive feedback to improve team performance.
*Interacting directly with clients to discuss audit progress, address concerns, and provide financial insights.
*Contributing to networking initiatives and strengthening client relationships.
*Managing engagement profitability, including billing and collections.
Requirements:
*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
*UK practice experience.
*Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
*Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
*Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
*Proficiency in audit software and databases.
*Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
*Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
