Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Sandwich that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to develop your Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner seeking a fresh challenge, we have a variety of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school environments.

The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils as they make the transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You’ll help children develop confidence, independence and resilience while building upon the foundations of their earlier learning.You’ll create engaging lessons across the curriculum, foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture and support pupils as they develop the skills and knowledge needed to flourish throughout Key Stage 2.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We’re Looking for Teachers Who:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
*Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2
*Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that motivate learners
*Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement
*Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
*Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a passion for teaching
