What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Sales Negotiator:
*Managing all aspects of residential property sales
*Registering applicants and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
*Generating new business and winning instructions
*Providing first-class service to clients and applicants
*Building long-term relationships within the local market
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in a Sales Negotiator role
*Proven sales skills and a strong customer service background
*Valuing and listing experience advantageous
*Highly motivated, ambitious, and well-presented
*Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
*Knowledge of South Kensington and surrounding areas is beneficial
*Full UK driving licence and own car essential
*A professional and positive approach to estate agency
