Full job descriptionSenior Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Competitive salary + bonus
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working: Hybrid working available
A respected and growing law firm in Sheffield is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of property matters while playing an important role in the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
*Deal with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
*Progress matters independently with minimal supervision
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers and estate agents
*Provide a high level of client care throughout each transaction
*Support and mentor junior members of the team where required
*Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the department
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
*Strong experience in residential conveyancing
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently from start to finish
*Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Commercial approach with a proactive attitude
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
