A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established Sheffield team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 5 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded, multi accredited firm and work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
You will advise a broad range of clients on a variety of commercial property transactions, with responsibility for managing your own caseload and delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters
*Advise on commercial property sales and purchases
*Deal with commercial lettings and landlord and tenant matters
*Advise on property finance transactions
*Handle residential conveyancing matters where required
*Manage transactions from instruction through to completion
*Liaise with clients and other parties throughout the transaction
Requirements
*Around 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
*Experience handling a varied commercial property caseload
*Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Commercial approach and strong attention to detail
